This page is intended to have descriptions of what it actually feels like to suffer mental health symptoms, and how they impact on your life. It’s mainly intended to reduce stigma and misunderstanding by enabling mentally healthy people to learn about this, but also could be useful to help someone who doesn’t realize they have a mental health condition to identify it and seek help.
We’re really sorry but we haven’t written anything about this yet. Would you like to write something? To contribute, all you need to do is sign up for a username. Then you can write about any mental health topic you like, based on your own experiences.
Alternatively, if you know of another website or blog that you think explains this topic well, please send us the link. Websites function better if they have lots of links to other websites – both because if someone else has already done a good job of something we would rather support their site than try to “reinvent the wheel” on this site, and because sites that have lots of shared links pop up much higher in Google search results.
If you have any other suggestions, please let us know.
